China Will not Tolerate US Threats Over Allegations of Providing Military Assistance to Russia
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning said the United States has no right to attack China-Russia relations.
The Chinese authorities do not accept US threats and pressure on Chinese-Russian relations on charges of “China providing military assistance to Russia.” This was stated on Monday by Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning.
“The United States does not have the slightest right to attack Chinese-Russian relations,” she stressed at a briefing, answering a question from a Chinese journalist about how Beijing can comment on the White House’s increasing accusations against China about “providing military assistance to Russia” “We are in no way going to tolerate threats and pressure from the United States.”
According to Mao Ning, Washington “constantly supplies Kyiv with lethal weapons,” and also, not complying with the agreements reached with Beijing, sells weapons to the island of Taiwan. “The US should provide the world with an explanation about this,” she said.
As US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said earlier, Washington soon intends to publish some evidence of China’s military assistance to the Russian side.
